- Pursuant to the Law on Urban Planning No. 30/2009/QH12 of the 5th meeting of 12th National Assembly on 17 June 2009;
- Pursuant to Law on Construction No. 50/2014/QH13 dated 18 June 2014;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP dated 18 June 2015 by the Government on Management of construction investment projects;
- Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2016/TT-BXD dated 10 March 2016 of Ministry of Construction guiding on the determination and management of construction investment costs;
- Pursuant to Circular No. 13/2016/TT-BXD dated 29 June 2016 by Ministry of Construction guiding on examination and selection of architectural design plan for construction;
- Pursuant to Decision No. 4273/QD-UBND dated 24 September 2018 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on approving the detailed planning of rate 1/500 the extended APEC Sculpture Garden;
Pursuant to Notice No. 165/TB-UBND dated 23 October 2018 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on the conclusions of the Chairman of Municipal People's Committee at the meeting with the functional departments and agencies upon listening to their reports on asking for investment policy and planning-architectural plans for a number of projects and works in the city;
- Pursuant to Notice No. 07/TB-VP dated 07 January 2019 of the Da Nang City People's Committee on the conclusion of the Standing Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People’s Committee, Mr. Dang Viet Dung at the meeting to hear reports on the implementation progress of key works at the land areas to be recovered for investment in public works (second time);
